  • Tamiya 1-35 US Sherman Tank Easy Eight is a highly detailed 1/35 scale plastic model kit recreating the legendary M4A3E8 Sherman medium tank, famously known as the “Easy Eight.” Designed by Tamiya's top designers, this kit captures the distinctive features of the Sherman variant used in the European Theater during World War II.
  • The Tamiya 1-35 US Sherman Tank Easy Eight represents the M4A3E8, a version known for its improved ride and handling thanks to the Horizontal Volute Spring Suspension (HVSS). Another defining feature was its powerful 76mm gun. Approximately 2,500 examples were produced, with some entering service in time for the Battle of the Bulge from December 1944 through January 1945. The type also continued to serve years later during the Korean War.
  • The Tamiya 1-35 US Sherman Tank Easy Eight features slide-molded turret and upper hull parts that combine straightforward assembly with highly realistic surface detail. Cast-metal turret textures and welded hull surfaces are accurately represented, while the rear section includes finely molded engine grilles, exhausts, and numerous accessories.
  • Clear parts are provided for the light lenses and cupola vision blocks, adding further realism to the finished model. The single-pin T66 tracks are recreated using convenient belt-type tracks that provide both accuracy and simplified assembly. Detailed drive sprockets feature fine holes for an authentic appearance.
