Kansas City model train store for Hobbyists and Collectors

Welcome to Doc's Caboose,
Kansas City's Premiere Model Train Store since 2002!
We specialize in HO and N scale model trains and accessories.

We Are Temporarily Closed!

We will keep all of our customers updated here, on our social media, and through email.  We look forward to have an equally great store in a new location.  It may take a bit to get moved, but we are still and always available to our customers.  If you are a local customer and would like to place an order, just let me know you are a local and I will delete/refund shipping and get your order to you.  We are excited to seeing everyone again!

As a well-established Kansas City model train store, Doc's Caboose thoughtfully curates a broad selection of model trains in various scales, particularly focusing on HO and N scales. Whether you are a seasoned hobbyist or a beginner who has just started choosing the right trains, our knowledgeable staff is always ready to assist you in navigating our extensive inventory.

At Doc's Caboose, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors. Our physical store allows you to see, touch, and feel the products before making a purchase. It's also a fantastic place to meet fellow train enthusiasts!

Don't forget about our Kansas City Model Train Store Online Shop; we offer free shipping on orders over $200. We understand that enthusiasts often need various components to complete their projects, and we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
