  • The Kato N CB&Q EMD E5A & Silver Streak Zephyr 6 Unit Set comes in specially designed bookcase packaging that securely stores all six locomotives and passenger cars while providing additional space for two extra E5 locomotives.
  • The locomotive features a combination of body and truck-mounted KATO magnetic knuckle couplers, directional Golden White LED headlights, and illuminated preprinted numberboards for realistic operation. It is also drop-in DCC compatible with the Train Control Systems K0D8-E Decoder, making digital upgrades simple for advanced model railroaders.
  • The passenger cars feature smooth-rolling blackened metal wheels with all-wheel electrical pickup for dependable performance. Cars can be equipped with optional #11-211/212 Interior Light Kits with White LED, which are DCC-friendly. Older #11-206 lighting kits should not be used. The observation car also includes illuminated marker lights on the tail end for added realism.
